Why this role matters
Mental health is now one of the largest cost and outcome drivers across Swedish health insurance, and one of the biggest opportunities for insurers willing to act early. This role shapes how Braive shows up in that conversation. You design partnerships that move insurers from reactive claims handling to genuine prevention and early intervention, and your work directly determines how quickly mental health support reaches policyholders. Insurers want a clinically validated, MDR-certified product their customers will actually use, alongside a partner who can prove its value. That is the case you build.
The role
This is a founding sales position. The Sales Lead for Sweden will build Braive's commercial presence in the insurance market from the ground up, owning the full sales effort rather than stepping into an existing structure.
The role spans growth and strategic partnerships with insurance companies, underwriters, and brokers across Sweden. That means mapping the landscape (needs, decision-makers, product gaps, and commercial opportunities) and identifying where Braive can create measurable value across claims, prevention, and early intervention. It involves building trusted relationships with senior product owners, claims and benefits teams, network managers, underwriters, and innovation leaders, and translating their priorities into clear value cases around access, quality, prevention, cost, and outcomes. Discovery, proposals, pilots, and procurement are all within scope, with pilots used as structured proof points that convert into signed, scaling agreements.
What success looks like
Since you'll already have the Swedish insurance landscape mapped with precision and an established network across insurers, underwriters, and brokers, your first six months will be spent deepening and expanding those relationships with senior stakeholders across the major players, with at least three structured pilot or partnership in motion. Within a year, Braive has won new, meaningful insurance partnerships in Sweden, and pilots under your ownership are converting into long-term agreements with measurable ROI for the insurer.
About you
Deep, current understanding of the Swedish insurance market, including its products, players, and how decisions actually get made
Track record selling into or partnering with insurance, employee benefits, or other complex enterprise environments where decisions involve multiple senior stakeholders
Able to identify customer needs and translate them into credible value cases that combine clinical, operational, and financial logic
Comfortable navigating complex, multi-stakeholder buying processes and steady when they run long
Credible with senior medical, operational, and commercial stakeholders alike
Commercially driven, structured, persistent, and relationship-oriented
