About the job
Braive is a fast-growing digital mental health platform built to make high-quality treatment more accessible. Rooted in strong clinical expertise, backed by research, and proven in clinical practice, we deliver evidence-based treatment programs and clinician support tools used by insurers, healthcare providers, employers, and thousands of people each month.

This role is designed to:
Solidify trust and credibility in a sensitive, regulated space
Make our product and value easy to understand and sell
Strengthen our marketing setup so it scales with us
This role combines strategy and execution. You’ll set direction, deliver hands-on impact, and make smart tradeoffs within constraints
About the role
This is a senior, hands-on role with high ownership. You will take end-to-end ownership of key marketing priorities and help raise the bar on how we position, package, and communicate Braive.
You will work across marketing domains with different levels of depth depending on the need.
Positioning
Strengthen Braive’s market position with clear, defensible messaging that works across current and new markets
Build proof points that hold up in regulated conversations (clinical, procurement, legal)
Support leadership visibility through thought leadership, events, and expert content
Product storytelling and sales enablement
Sharpen how our products are positioned, packaged, and explained
Develop proof packs, messaging, and core stories that sales and partners can reuse
Support launches and updates with clear go-to-market plans and assets
Narrative and messaging
Shape key narratives across brand, product, and thought leaderships
Brief and collaborate with internal experts to turn insight into usable material
Edit, shape, and quality-check key pieces so the output is clear, accurate, and consistent
Guard quality, accuracy, tone, and consistency across key channels and customer-facing assets
Go-to-market support
Stay close to sales and customer success to support pipeline creation and account growth
Improve sales materials (decks, one-pagers, cases) so conversations become clearer and stronger
Contribute to partnerships and strategic initiatives where marketing materially helps outcomes
Systems and structure
Define a small set of metrics and KPIs that matter at our stage
Build templates and standards that make marketing faster and more consistent
Set a simple operating rhythm so planning, approvals, and launches run smoothly
Recommend which tools to invest in later, and which to avoid for now
You’ll report to the CEO (this may evolve as the marketing team grows).
About you
We’re looking for a flexible, collaborative person who adapts quickly when priorities change and works closely with product, sales, customer success, support, and leadership.

Fluent Swedish (or Norwegian) and English
